I’m almost positive Rue DeDay was going to head this up. He quickly became a valued asset on the White Elephant farm and I think he has the right stuff to manage an effort of this size (despite the ill-fated Underwear Exchange lack-luster response: myself and Bobkitty.)

If I remember correctly, last year we all gave our addresses to one person who then did a drawing (or some complicated mathematical calculation) at home and e-mailed the individual addresses to the appropriate secret santa.
I’d be willing to do the international thing if the numbers don’t even out. For the Mods and Admins, perhaps we can talk to the ones we know personally to deliver them to the ones we don’t.
How would we go about doing this Mod thing? Would it be a group effort? Would we automatically include them in the drawing even if they don’t join voluntarily?

You know, I could just go ahead and take this monster one, too, after having managed the Elephant preserve for so long, it almost seems natural, but then again, looking at the couch, it seems I’ve had mixed success. Plus, Rue really seems to want to cut his teeth on this one, but I guess we won’t know until he gets back from vacation.
