As an aside, I’m getting quite active on Twitter, and I’m finding that I hate following other women. Either they’re moms who can’t post about anything except Their Precious CrotchFruit or they’re single women who only post about how much they drink/party/get laid/are crazy. Gah. How do men stand women these days?

I don’t think any of the women I follow on twitter post only baby stuff or alcoholic ho stuff. Try following classier women. Megan Amram is always a good choice.

On the other hand, many of the women I follow post about alcoholic baby stuff. The cycle of alcohol abuse in young children is no joke — 60% of Big Wheel fatalities are due to driving while under the influence.

Well, this is somewhat surprising. If some women could read, I was saying rather strongly that I think women are mainly quite smart - as any other humans - and that they are badly misrepresented by the current media. But, look at what happens. Seemingly the marginally-literate who completely failed to understand the concept took offense and began to howl. So you wish to say that I was wrong - women really are stupid as the media believes them to be. Maybe I am wrong.

When everyone reads something other than the way you evidently intended, there is a chance that you are super intelligent and everyone else is dumb. There is a slightly greater chance that you were not as clear as you thought, or are not as smart as you thought.
Tip: “if some women could read” is probably not the best approach. Unless you were just looking to get a rise, which is looking more likely.

shrug The women I know don’t watch daytime TV. We’re, you know, **working **during that time. The ones that are SAHMs are actually parenting, and don’t watch that trash. So no, I guess, not all women are that stupid.
