I have a copy of FM 1-203, Fundamentals of Flight, 1988 edition. This is the actual Army Field Manual, and not an abridged reprint as has been available from civilian publishers.
Is there a newer edition of this Manual?
If yes, where can I buy a copy?
If Army-issue FMs 1-203 are not available to order commercially, is there any chance you can get one for me if a newer edition exists?
Any idea where I can buy a hardcopy? I’d prefer to have an ‘issue’ copy rather than a download-and-print copy. (And I’m not eligible to register for the sites that have it as .pdf anyway.)
The military is trying to get away from printing tons of manuals. They are not exactly succeeding but they are trying. It may be difficult to get a hard copy. When they send people to school they are more likely to get a disc rather than a book.
