No, no—before that. He was talking to a college kid at the Banana Stand, and said not to “fuck with my cousin.”
I thought the line was “touch my cousin.” If I remember correctly, he says “you can’t touch your cousin. I mean ‘touch my cousin’.”
Oh man, this was a fantastic episode!
That’s all I have to say
Little continuity error, I think.
When Buster was drinking the wine, the narrator says, “This was his first taste of alchohol since nursing”
But wasn’t he drunk at the first intervention?
There’s a way for that to be true, but… Ew.
Not gonna go there.
I won’t!
No!
He wasn’t there when they started drinking, he showed up with Lucille. He probably had some juice.
Anybody catch the Golden Girls reference? Micheal sends his mother to Shady Pines rehab center! In nearly every GG episode Dorothy threatened to send Sophia back to Shady Pines nursing home!
Gob: (offended) Don’t call my escorts whores!

I’d like to know about this, too. I thought it was a dig at Bill What’s-his-face who narrates a few shows on A&E. I could be way off base, though.
So, I know we don’t know yet if it’s going to be renewed, but do we know yet when we’ll find out for sure one way or another?
Yes! I looked at my husband said, “Oh my god, he sent his mom to Shady Pines. This is officially the best show ever.”
Silly Slacker. Arrested Development is not a food.
Swing and a miss.
I don’t understand the question, and I won’t respond to it.
(I really don’t get it though)
It’s from Family Guy.
Does anybody remember what the name was of the TV show that Dick Van Patten’s character loved and had Michael “sing” the theme song of? I was curious whether or not it was a real show (and if Van Patten was connected to it).
It was Sugarfoot
Sugarfoot. It went off the air in 1961, ‘twelve years before Michael was born.’ So I guess the Bluth kids are a little closer in age than I thought.
Thanks. (Of course there’s no way that they Michael could be born in 73 and have a son George Michael’s age [unless he became a father at 15-16, which I suppose is possible).)
Speaking of narration, one of my favorite jokes about that, delivered deadpan, was
The memorable quotes section for this show on imdb already have more LOL lines after 2 seasons than most Yes Dear quality show that’s been on the air for many times that will ever ever have.
So Michael Bluth is only 32? So George Michael is 15. He was born when Michael was 17.
Is he 15? I also figured it was a rough estimate, and it kinda has to be. We know Michael got married his sophomore year of college and I don’t think he had a kid when he was in high school.
