That’s what I thought when the new My Bloody Valentine album came out. They might not have recaptured the lighting of Loveless, but it’s still pretty damned good, so I’ll remain cautiously optimistic for the same kind of magic with Arrested Development, which has the advantage of not having had a 22-year hiatus.
