Lately, I’ve been loosing a lot of wieght. Mainly, I’m sure it’s from being a fully functioning member of society of four hours of sleep each night for the past two months or so, but hey, whatever works, you know. The thing is, my face still looks and feels fat. Does anyone know of any ways to help get rid of that dreaded “double chin” and pudgy cheeks? I don’t know if there are any head/neck exercises designed for building tone and the like, but if there are, please, let me know.
I think time is the only solution. It’s like the butt thing. Women who loses a lot of weight get flat butts. They round back out to normal after a little while (like 6 months).
Don’t rush it.
Simple isometrics for a couple minutes each morning may help. Press your hands against your forehead and hold. Then temples, sides of chin, under jaw, sides of jaw–be careful not to do anything that might break your teeth. Clasp your hands behind your head, and pull forward while keeping your head straight.
Stretch neck muscles by rolling your head slowly and deliberately from shoulder to chest to shoulder to back and repeat. Open your mouth wide, carefully, and turn your head from side to side.
