Fatface (I want to know how to not have one)

That is obviously a question. But I realize that answers will probably by opinions so have posted here in IMHO.
I don’t mind being overweight. I am “comfortable with my body”. However I don’t like my face (and neck). I know I would like it more if it wasn’t full of fat.

I am dreading answers like “you have to diet dude” because I really really don’t want to diet, as I said I am ok with my body. And I LOVE food.
Is there some kind of excercise that will burn the fat in my face?

Liposuction?
Also, there is this lady who wrote a book about facial gymnastics. Its purpose is mainly anti-wrinkle and anti-sagging, though…

sorry, Lob, spot-reducing is a myth. Exercise and proper diet is the combination to burn fat. Notice I said proper diet. One can eat well while still eating wisely.

yohimbine HCL containing products can work on estrogenic fat deposits. Here is a post about the topic on a bodybuilding message board

another post on the subject

My best friend and I tried smiling for a whole day in eighth grade to “work out our cheek muscles” and try to make our cheeks thinner. It didn’t work, so don’t try that method. We ended up with a very peculiar expression on our faces at the end of the day, and it was quite painful.

You could try one of these wraps. I don’t know of anyone who has had one though.

I think fat collects where it collects on each person. I know women who are far thinner than me who have far more of a double chin than I do. I knew a girl in school that was definitely thinner than me (weighed less) but she had all her fat around her middle and in the form of a double chin. I had more fat than her, but it was more evenly distrubted, with a little extra in my boobs, butt and thighs. But not in my neck (double chin) and not around my middle. It’s just body type, I’m guessing.

The fat collects where it collects. I knew a girl who looked perfectly nice and normal when she was “average” weight, but when she gained weight, it all went to her butt. You never could have anticipated that when you saw her thin. And I knew another girl who was cute as a button when she was average sized (or even a little plump) but when she gained a considerable amount of weight, she lost her neck and became all double chin. Once again, I never would have guessed that about her body type before she gained the weight.

I guess I’m saying is that when you maintain a “normal” weight, these funky fat deposits go away. (So some people won’t have a fat face or a huge butt when they’re thinner.) That’s the hope I cling to, let me tell you.

When my girlfriend hired a personal trainer, he said “You’ve got a fat face. That means either too much diet coke or too much beer. Give them up.”

Dunno how it worked for her; we lost touch. But I pass on his opinion.

You don’t want a fat face, you gotta lose fat all over your body. Diet and exercise are the only way to go.

Cutting down on salty foods can thin out the face a little bit.

I’m working on that myself.

You have to diet dude!

Lob - why ask a question you already know the answer to? Why don’t you utilize some online acumen and find a diet with foods you like to eat. I did this with Mrs.Phlosphr 5 or so years ago and lost 50! yes 50 pounds and have kept it off ever since…

Do you know what my primary reason was?

THE FAT ON MY FACE

which is now gone…
