I’m interested in finding artists who make paintings/pictures with words. I’m not talking about people who write ornate words (a majority of graffiti would fall into this category), but people who essentially use words as the the lines or shading in a larger picture. Like this or even this.
In particular, I’m looking for a video I saw years ago where an artist had a rotating easel, and he sketched a large picture (of a face, I think) using words. I think there was some sort of community involvement, like people could send in phrases they wanted him to use, and he would use it.
