As businesses start to open in your area, which places will you vist and which ones still avoid?

I have a tooth all made up ready to be fitted to the implant since March…looking forward to being able to chew with both sides of my mouth.

And I’m getting to the point of really needing a haircut.

I have cut out all fast food, and most Restaurant food since December, when a low sodium diet was strongly advised by my cardiologist, but I may hit the Vietnamese vegetarian place to celebrate when this is over.

Saw this in the paper today. Consider my mind blown.

Carnival plans summer cruises from Galveston

My bold.

Pardon me, but: BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Does keeping six feet apart matter when you’re all living in the same petri dish?

What does being accessible by car have to do with it?

I guess Carnival and its parent company must be on the ragged edge financially in order to feel they have to open for business, right? Not so much.

People don’t have to fly to get to the ship. Because that’s what makes cruises dangerous, I guess.

I cannot believe that they can afford to run a cruise at much below full occupancy. So many of the costs are fixed. But maybe half those they have to pay whether they are even at sea or not, so this is a way to stem the bleeding.

I feel worse for the destinations that depend on cruise line visitors than for the cruise lines.
