My guess is some kid copied this out of a japanese comic book, probably with mistakes.
Hence the difficulty of translation and the strange choice of subject matter. (i.e. wanting to take a nap.)

I ran this by my wife who is officially a Japanese person and she says it is officially gibberish. In fact she struggled just as much as we did in figuring out which kana were intended.
