It’s from a little known singer from Athens, GA named Todd Snider. The album is Songs for the Daily Planet. The song is “Talkin’ Seattle Grunge Rock Blues.”
It is an amazingly hilarious song that basically satires the entire grunge rock experience. I highly recommend finding a copy of this song and listening to it. The rest of his stuff is pretty good too.
