Do you have any fun stories of things you have done/tried on your own out of determination, like cook a meal or bake a cake find a way to open a bottle of wine and drink it all?

While I’ve definitely drunk a whole bottle of wine before, I don’t think I’ll ever manage to open the bottle on my own. Ditto cook a meal or bake a cake. Nevertheless, I can open a beer bottle with my teeth, I can do a pretty decent caricature sketch of just about anyone with a pencil held in my mouth, I’ve been skydiving, and I’m definitely doing SCUBA this summer.
