:smack:
Did you decide anything about the shinding, other than who to marry? Did you want to? Did you propose, did she propose, did you two sort of look at each other and say “let’s!”?
And of course, congratulations; please don’t keep other fiancés without telling the missus; may you two never run into a problem you can’t solve.
given that he didn’t even notice what the problem with his typo was until we spelled it out slow, how long do you guys think we can be pulling Shagnasty’s leg about this?
Living together already for a few months.
I of course made ALL the crucial decisions related to the wedding. EVERYTHING had to be cleared by me first. By this I mean:
“I think we should do X for the wedding.”
“That sounds fine.”
“Good.”
And I proposed. Thing I’m most looking forward to: the wedding being over and families retreating to their respective hometowns. That much family in one spot is never good. We’ve been a couple for a little over a year.
How big of an axe was she threatening you with?
Are you scared?
How did you decide it was time to propose?
How did you propose?
How drunk do you plan to get at your bachelor party?
And of course, congrats!
No axe. Not scared. There will be no bachelor party, save for me and some friends going to see ‘300’ on opening night.
Just remember… up until the actual moment you say “I do,” you are free to get on a flight to anywhere at any time. There is one leaving for somewhere else right now. I hear Rio is nice this time of year, and extradition is a bitch from Rio.
If you decide to stay, I’d say Shagnasty is onto something, to a much more minor degree than his post would imply. Use his advice in moderation, and you’ll do just fine. His advice on #3 should be taken in whole.
Best of luck, it’s not entirely easy, but it’s great if you take to your training. (She’ll start just after the moment stated above. ) The answer to everything is “Yes dear,” or “You’re right, I’m sorry.”
Now, on to the important parts… you have replied that she’s hot… cite? I’d be happy to accept photographic/video evidence… with a minimal of distracting clothing!
I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep fiances after marriage.
Are you nervous yet?
Have you lost your mind, man?
Watch out CynicalGabe, “you’ll get thrown into the propeller”!
Haven’t lost my mind. I certainly hope I won’t get thrown into the propeller!
And NO, I’M NOT NERVOUS.
Sorry, been asked that a few too many times today…
