I’m going for corn/corn.
A corn (maize) shucking race followed by corn dolly (wheat or other grain stalks) making contest. The dolly isn’t a race, but must be done within a set time limit. Dolly to be graded for artistry and skill of execution.

That would be an interesting competition, as most flatpickers tend to be pretty straight and narrow (at least the ones at a competitive level.) I think I’m one of the few traditional flatpickers that’s also a major head.
I’d leave 'em in the dust after the first couple of tubes 
I dunno - this could probably be a whole series of events - maybe a pentathalon. You could have speed events, distance events, volume events, accuracy events and maybe some sort of relay.
'Course, this really works best for men, since the women will get shafted in the distance & volume competitions.

I’m ok at the GameCube one, but I’m absolutely untouchable at the N64 one. I’ve only ever entered one (semi) formal competition (which was a team event, and we lost the first round on other games, even though I won my match :mad: ), but I’ve never met anyone who could regularly beat me, and most of the people I normally played with eventually refused to play me any more.
My other would be long range rubber-band shooting.
Not according to some of the movies I’ve seen.
