So, SlackerInc, who do you think the Democratic candidate should be?
Beto is my top choice, but Booker, Castro, or Bullock would also be good. I also liked Inslee, but he dropped out; and Harris was really impressing me until she stepped in it with the “murder” tweet and her stock plummeted in my exchange.
ETA: So having four choices doesn’t make me overly picky, IMO. Problem being that all the candidates with significant polling support among Democratic primary voters are in a non-overlapping section of the Venn diagram. :smack:
Alas, poor Bill. We scarcely noticed you.
I have this image of DeBlasio bursting through Seinfeld’s door, sliding to a stop, slapping $100 on the counter, and saying, “I’m Out!”
LOL
I’m just hoping that we can narrow a bit more for the October debate. That idiot Steyer may have been able to buy his way into the next debate and I don’t want two nights. God Damn Bernie and his DNC conspiracy theories, these 1 and 2% clowns need to be at a kiddie table debate that runs on C-Span 3 at 2 am on a Saturday night.
Just in case you were aware that he’d still been in the race until now, Tim Ryan just dropped out.
Alas, Tim Ryan, we hardly knew ye!
(No, seriously, which one [Googles] oh, that guy. Yeah, I remember him. Jeeze, the guy doesn’t even fully occupy the Tim Ryan namespace on Wikipedia!)
The December debate will probably finally narrow, the DNC has raised the requirements.

But, more importantly, fundraising really dries up in Q4 and a lot of these really marginal candidates are likely to run out of money.
As of now, for November, Beto, Castro, and Gabbard haven’t qualified so that takes us down to 9.
I think December will narrow down to 6 or so.
Damn - the last couple of days went quickly!
