I have a few problems with audio codec when im on yahoo voice chat I can play any other sounds like MP3s and I cant hear when i have and incomming message on ICQ. Is this to do with codec because its not on my computer. WHere can I download it??

For some reason I cant edit this message. When its says " I can play any other sounds" It should say “I CANT”
Wow! Even with your “can’t” correction this is a confusing message. Why are you assuming this is an audio codec issue? Are you getting some kind of media player error message that you are missing a needed codec? If that’s all I can point you to some drive DL sites.
Need more info re your sound card type, system setup and precisely what is happening re system and any error messages to try to help you. If your ICQ is grabbing and hogging the wave audio resources while receiving messsages your options may (or may not) be limited.
I do not think you need any codec to play straight uncompressed WAV so you probably have some other problem,
