What do you think of Dark Horizons so far? I think they’ve done a pretty good job with it, but they’ll have to be careful how they do it and still kepp it “real”, if you see what I mean. After all, these are high school students going up against Apocalypse. You’d think it would be a short fight.
I like it. Watched it at 9:30 a.m. yesterday, then a 10 a.m. I switched over to the Family channel and saw X-Men fighting Apocalypse. What a difference between the two cartoons. Wow. Both good, just different. I haven’t seen very many of the original X-Men cartoons. Warren Worthington as the Arch Angel sure looks different than the one in X-Men : Evolution.
It’s X-Men: Evolution, so I dig it. They’re still vague as to what Apocalypse’s actual powers are (I started a thread asking that a while ago), but then again, Scarlet Witch has some pretty vaguely defined powers too.
It was nice, except there was the constant sense of “Well, of course they’re going to lose. Otherwise we’ll never see Apocalypse.” But other than that, it’s good ol’ X-Men fun.
On a slight hijack, is anyone else watching the reruns? I am just because I’m bored and really into this show now, but I may be an isolated case.

When are they going to re-run the season premiere, the one with what’s-her-face with the claws?
That’s WB’s episode. I don’t think that Toon-network has rights to that one yet, although surely WB will sell it to them eventually -the last 5 episodes aren’t worth anything alone.
Okay, then – when is WB going to re-run the season premier?
I missed it when it was on and didn’t tape it.
Because Aug 30 is the Saturday showing and it’s running through the episodes on it’s own instead of in sequence with the Sunday through Thursday showings.
