I have a similar problem with the Amazon Fire Stick. Last night it was Hulu that was freezing up and going to a black screen, but I’ve had issues where the remote won’t work as well. Of course the troubleshooting guide suggests a power cycle/reboot and that usually clears the trouble but it’s happening too often for my liking.
