The title to this thread is in all caps. (I AM NOT THE “GRAPIST”!!!)
However, this thread title is not. (Wmd pc).
I though the board software automatically reduced SHOUTING thread titles to something more readbale. Is the punctuation of the Grapist title what preserves the case? (This of course assumes that the second title was typed as “WMD PC” when the OP was posting, which we don’t really know.)
I believe it is due to the fact that the " character does not register as CAPS.

APPARENTLY INCLUSION OF TWO SMILIES ONE WITH ALL CAPS LIKE ALONG WITH ONE THAT IS A COLON AND A NONCAPS TAG LIKE :rolleyes: WILL ALLOW AN ALLCAPS POST GIVEN THAT THE LOWERCASE ROLLEYES COUNTS AS A LOWERCASE PORTION OF TEXT
