If I’m replying to a thread and I decide, for whatever reason, (comic effect, perhaps) to type my reply in ‘ALL CAPS’, the board converts it to regular type and I can’t figure out a way round it. It’s annoying as fuck. Is there a way to turn this function off?
TYPE A SINGLE LETTER IN LOWERCASE AND SET THE COLOR TO “WHITE”.

For example, i typed this post in all caps, yet when i go to press ‘submit reply’, the board will automatically convert it to regular case whether i like it or not. This makes me a sad panda.
NICE ONE! CHEERS

I vaguely recall that this is the online equivalent of shouting and thus, bad form.
But, like shouting, bad form occasionally has it’s place.
KISS
Some posters speak English as a second language, and if you shout at them it helps them understand better.
It is “May I make a post in all caps?”.
And no, you may not.
If you’re really good you won’t use white. Because the background here isn’t quite white.
It is here.
