Automatic redirect on mobilr

I’m getting far fewer than a few weeks ago, when it was nearly every page. Now to convince my local ABC and NBC affiliates’ news sites to speak to their ad providers. They’re bad.

Hope it gets fixed soon. I just checked in to see if anyone else is having this problem. Just logging in right now to write this post I got ejected out of Safari on my iPad into the App Store. I believe this only happens if I’m not logged in.

That makes sense. As a member, you’re not exposed to the site’s advertising affiliates, and therefore also not exposed to the rogue (or at least very ill-mannered) advertising they’re carrying.

Yes you are. I never log out and I got the redirect ads.

I got a redirect in Thread Games about 15 minutes ago. Android phone using Chrome. I killed the redirect before it finished loading, so I don’t know where it was pointing to.

You’re a guest, not a member, so logging in doesn’t prevent ads for you.

I got my first redirect yesterday on an Android device. Previously it was happening only on iOS.
