Only a few vague references saying Uncir’d was bigger.
Pretty dangerous to put Penis + Size into a search engine.

Seems to be a moot point unless you plan on trying to change the size of yours. Unless you’re looking for someone else’s… in that case you’re on your own.
There’s no difference between the average penis size of circumcised and uncircumcised men.

I can not find ANY research at all that definitivly states that an Uncircumsized penis is Longer/shorter or the same length as a Circumsized penis.

Circumsized American penis - 8 inches.
Uncircumsized European penis - 10 centimeters.

Since the foreskin has nothing to do with the length of the penis, the answer is that whatever the average size, it will not differ depending on state of the foreskin.
My ex knows everything and he always told me that 4 inches is the average size penis…

Some of those graphs are funny - it appears you nob can get larger then smaller then larger then smaller alll depending on your age.
It would depend on the circumcision, I think. I’ve read about botched circumcisions where the skin is too tight, and that causes problems when the penis becomes erect. So, even if most circumcisions end up with no reduction of the penis size, if some of them do the average circumcised penis would be smaller than the average uncircumcised one.
Only thing my research turns up is … people lie on surveys

Sadly I think you are misreading the statistics (I could have done with that extra 3/8" in ten years time 
) - the graphs show that guys born X years ago have a knob length of Y, guys born ten years later have a knob length of Z. This suggests nothing about whether you are going to change size over your life.
It could be that there was something different in the diet when growing up, nutritional differences, pollution ingestion differences etc.
I read it that there is a small positive correlation with height, so if as I seen to notice men are gradually growing up taller as the decades pass then the stats of age-knob length should reflect that.
Oh boy, some interesting figures above…8 inches on average? I doubt that.
This comes up like clockwork every few months. The consensus is about 6 inches or so erect on average.
