Cool video. I read some of the YouTube comments. As a nation, we’re doomed. One Trump supporter wrote something along the lines of: I liked this video until I realized it was in support of Hillary.
I wonder how long that took. :smack:
In his defense, I started watching the video expecting it to be pro-Hillary, and thought it took quite a while to get from generic ‘register and vote’ to ‘register, and then vote against Trump’.
Have you seen the website?
Does that read to you like a group trying to encourage people to vote, or only encourage people to vote for Hillary? If anything, that is an anti-Hillary statement, given she is a representative of that “increasingly out-of-touch and compromised set of representatives” that are the establishment.
To be fair, they may have dismissed the last example based on one obvious theory on why he’s afraid to release his tax returns.
Well, to be fair, for those raised on certain media, if someone doesn’t explicitly endorse a candidate or point-of-view, then they are OBVIOUSLY in the other camp.
Loved the video - funny and even a bit moving, with RDJ at his self-parodying best.
Indeed. People forget, this is the guy who satirically wore blackface in a major movie only eight years ago–and instead of becoming a pariah like Michael Richards, went on to become (as he cheekily references here) one of Hollywood’s most marketable stars. That takes some serious chutzpah, and the skill to pull it off.
I think I’ll post this here instead of starting a new thread, since it goes with the title.
Will & Grace Reunion spot for Hillary
Hilarious! It’s just under 10 minutes.
Pretty sure I’ve seen a shorter version of this. (the OP)
Okay, upon reflection I just realized this isn’t a PSA. Sorry. But it is really great.
There probably are snippets of it around. Since I have a Roku and no cable, I don’t see regular TV or commercials any more.
For those of us who are diehard W&G fans and really miss the show, I’d watch a 30-minute version (or longer).
