Is there an actual telemundo show which The Simpsons Bumblebee Man (Pedro, if I recall correctly) is based on?

Once while very very sick, I swear to God I saw such a show, but I’ve never seen it since, and google searches reveal nothing but Simpsons references, so I think I just dreamed it.
