Back the fuck up, bitch! (minor)

My building is on a corner. My driveway is about 15 feet from a fairly busy intersection.

I’m coming home from the gym today and turn into my driveway. I have just enough room to clear the street but can’t go any further because a car is pulling out of the driveway at the same time.

This has happened before. I’ve been on both sides of it. What’s happened every other time is that the person pulling out has backed up, allowing the person coming from the street and from traffic to pull in. This system works beautifully.

Not today, though. Today this dumbass bitch decides that she’s going to sit her ass in the driveway so she and her friend can curse me. Meanwhile, I can’t pull out into the street to let her out because, hey, there’s traffic behind me and even when there are breaks in traffic I still won’t pull out because if anyone comes around the corner that’s 15 feet away from the driveway they’re going to plow into me and I’ve already had one car totalled in the last six months, thanks.

So I’m calling out my window to this idiot to please back up. She’s yelling at me and her stupid friend is egging her on, telling her to stand up for her rights and not get pushed around by the white motherfucker trying to make her move. Both of them are black, which is completely irrelevant except that the friend goes and makes it an issue by bitching about the white motherfucker.

I do the only thing I can think of to break the logjam. I park my car, blocking the driveway completely, grab my gym bag and head inside. This twigs something in the driver’s deficient brain that she’s not going to win this one, and she finally backs up far enough to allow me to get back in my car, pull in and park in my lot. Cursing and screaming the whole time she is, with dire threats about what’s going to happen next, but back up she finally does.

Look, ya stupid bitch. You fucked up, OK? Common sense should tell you that it’s a really bad idea to expect someone to back out into traffic and sit there long enough for you to pull out. Common courtesy should tell you to take the 15 seconds to back the fuck up and let the other person in. So instead of losing a whole 15 seconds out of your obviously sad and pathetic life, you wasted several minutes, with the result being exactly the same, except now you get to spend the rest of your day feeling like a fucking racial martyr because evil whitey made you back up your fucking car. Fuck you and fuck your friend for making it about race.

In my building, ‘out’ has the right of way, on the grounds that the need to go somewhere is probably greater than the need to get home. Unless someone really, really has to go to the bathroom, but in that case, it’s still expedient to back up and avoid the kind of dispute in the OP.
