I’ve had bacon ice cream. Well, maple ice cream with bacon in it. It was fine, but not my thing.

I’ve had Skillet’s bacon jam, too, and it was too sweet for me. I’m not generally a big fan of savory/sweet combinations, though, and onions are also not my favorite.

It sure made for a unique (and still really good) burger, though!

I like “bacon relish.” It makes a lot more sense.

That said, this stuff looks rather vile, but might actually be an intriguing topping for a nice angus burger.
