4. Hannibal Hamlin, Vice President of the United States
Lincoln’s first vice-president. He was replaced by Andrew Johnson for Lincoln’s second run as president, because Hamlin was a Radical Republican who wanted revenge on the South, and Johnson, a War Democrat, believed in Lincoln’s vision of Southern Reconstruction.
Respectfully, I think this is a misreading of the situation. I have never read that Hamlin “wanted revenge on the South.” Far more important was that, going into the 1864 election, Johnson of Tennessee could help Lincoln in the border states and among pro-Union Democrats, while Lincoln knew he was probably going to carry Hamlin’s Maine and most or all of New England, so he didn’t need Hamlin on the ticket anymore.
Turned out to be a terrible decision, as I believe Hamlin would have been a far better President than Johnson was after Lincoln’s assassination early the next year, but dumping Hamlin was a politically-realistic thing to do at the time.

The PM is head of government, not head of state.
I sit corrected. I probably read a little bit more into Hamlin’s Wikipedia article than I should have.
