@Little_Nemo thanks for mentioning Norton Juster! I found out a few years ago that he was an architect, teaching at Hampshire College which is known for its eclectic campus; here’s a building that he designed:

gkster, yes, I particularly loved Cleary’s Henry Huggins books. As it happens, she mentioned my grandfather in a later book of hers, which pleased our family very much.
