The TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimensions in Space) is the Doctor’s time machine in Doctor Who. It’s stuck in the shape of a blue police box from 1960s England (though it’s bigger on the inside). He can pretty much travel anywhere in time and space in it, so Downton Abbey wouldn’t be tough.
