the links break because vBulletin’s algorithms condense the urls with ellipses, thus rendering them useless. I suggest either embedding the link in a word, or using a link name shortener like TinyUrl.com or similar

There is no need to repeat the links (nor embed them) 13 times. Respondents can list numerically their entry, and then put any appropriate link down below. Another user can then scroll up to its original appearance, if interested in referring to the link. That will preserve a concise list of the 13 entries, eschewing the clutter.
