Name a pet you now have (or have had in the past), his or her breed or species, and age, and a pic if you can
Dewey, yellow Labrador Retriever, 7
No picture. Miss Periwinkle Peabody II, went to the pound six years ago because she was a devil-demon who could destroy anything, including a major part of the back wall of my house. The same day, Booger went to a new owner. Then there was Cujo, and my ex-wife took it with her a couple of years ago; she called it “Sparky Bear”. No big loss, in any way.
Daisy, a blue parakeet, quick and feisty, escaped 4 years ago when we were putting food in the cage and flew out an open window; she was a year old.
Puppy-Cat, a lilac Siamese rejected by his mother and raised by a dog who just had puppies. No picks. His original name was Lilac Lou, but the cat thought he was a dog, and someone remarked “Just like you have a puppy cat.”
Reggie, boxer/black mouth cur, scourge of possums and moles.
Delilah, black lab mix. She’s a rescue and about 3 1/2 years old.
Becca, 3 years old, black lab-border collie mix, shelter adoptee, looks just like Delilah(above)but for a tiny white patch on her chest going up her throat, and about 1/4" of white at each toe tip.
Atticus, 2, gray tabby cat; had to find him a new home when it turned out my son was allergic to him.
Luc, 22 year old cockatiel; he’s a good bird.
Chip, 5, calico guinea pig
Oreo, black and white dog, possibly a border collie/spaniel mix. Adopted from a shelter, died 4 years later, probably around age 10.
