I know I’m not the best known poster on the board, but I’ve here a long time and I hope I’ve given some good home repair advice to some of you. I built homes for Habitat for Humanity for over a decade before going out on my own. Now I’m a licensed Maryland home inspector. I provide pre-purchase inspections, Baltimore County rental license inspection and radon testing. I also do routine maintenance inspections and pre-listing inspections for those of you trying to sell your homes.
