He’s had a long history of drug addiction, and even if he is clean now, that’s very hard on the body. I’m not a “Jackass” fan, but I do know who he is, and wish him a quick recovery.

That’s tough to hear. And a ventilator may not be life support, but it is hellish to undergo. I hope he recovers over time.
I never watched that show, but a few years ago really kind of fell in love with the movies.
I hope he makes it through. He was not in Jackass 4? That doesn’t bode well for how things were going with him.
Yeah, Bam has been a mess for quite a while now. The guy is a serious alcoholic; he was basically fired from Jackass Forever for his inability to stay sober. I hope he pulls through and that this is the wake up call that finally gets him to confront his demons.
Online chatter is implying that he’s not only off the vent, but out of the hospital. I hope it’s not because he’s in some kind of hospice.
