Another one I stumbled over is a 2004 alternative rock album credited to Auf Der Mar. Featuring Melissa Auf Der mar of Hole and Smashing Pumpkins. (Apparently it’s pretty good.)

I looked up this band and some of their stuff really does sound good.

Just reviving this to add Pobi who had some minor early-90s Canadian hits and had the real name of Tammy Pobi. Representing that brief period where bare-bones techno music flooded the airwaves (“2 Unlimited” etc)
