In the modern world of technology, how do you go about banishing someone like Saddam to exile? Do we need to keep a permanent watch on him? If so, is that done with spies? Armed Guards? Satellites? How do we make sure he doesn’t conduct business from the island of exile?
Perhaps he could move in with Idi Amin, who was kinda-sorta exiled, and the Saudis could watch him for us?
