So it seems like the hot favourite date for the start of the war is this Wednesday (19th), and warnings to leave Iraq are being issued to foreigners by western consulates etc.
Assuming Saddam decides to get out as well, where would he go? What country would be crazy enough to accept him under these circumstances?
I don’t think any place in the Middle East would take him. North Korea, perhaps?

What about Syria, Libya or Sudan?
I wonder if the US would leave him alone if this scenario played out.
