When you watch a baseball game using ESPN’s GAMEcast, they run a series of stats along the bottom. These are things like “Chance of scoring 1+runs this inning (Bases empty 0 outs) 27.39%” Does anyone know if these are general stats for a generic inning? Or are they team or situation specific? (Like 8th inning Royals at home)
