Based on this list, what MST3K eps should I buy?

The point of MST DVD/Tape B&P(blanks and postage) trading is that you will send the person your BLANK dvd’s or cassettes, and they will burn them for free. You pay shipping to and from the person, and sometimes a very small amount extra. This is alot cheaper all around and the person does not make a profit. I haven’t done this in awhile but there are quite a few nice people out there who still do.

Another vote for The Day The Earth Froze. The title, which sounds like a cheap 50’s sci fi flick doesn’t do it justice. It’s actually a Russian version of a Finnish fairy tale and it’s just so wierd - from the story itself to wierd color of the print. It’s like a dream. The commentary is classic and unfortunately I only saw it a couple of times back in the Comedy Central days.

“OK, we’re gonna have leadership the way my old man taught me. You, put a handkerchief on your head! You, swat at imaginary elves!”

Oh, gawd, that one cracked me up!

You, rock on the porch all night!

“Adlai Stevenson buys a car!”

“Are you now or have you ever been a Ford owner?”

I think my next purchase will have to include the shorts DVDs. Does anybody know if the one about Anheuser Busch commercial coolers is included? I don’t remember much about it now, but I recall laughing histerically when I first saw it.

rdm!!!, wow! wow!! Do you think people still do it, especially after seeing the money ebay sellers are getting for doing exactly the same thing? They must be extremely nice, kind people but I’d hesitate to take advantage of them.
Santa Claus already had me giggling just by looking at the artwork on that package or poster or whatever it was. (see site below for movie link)

Here is very good episode guide, with links to descriptive pages for every short, special, and movie ever made. You can view them by episode number, by season, by alphabetical order, or by the year the movie was released. It’s the handiest guide I’ve seen so far:

I think it’s so funny we are all scampering over to ebay. I’m so happy I let people know! Has anyone had luck so far? Anyone bid on anything?

photopat, I located it, it is called “The Selling Wizard” and is on Rhino’s “MST3K Shorts Vol. 3”:
Here’s a link describing it:

Here’s a detailed desciption of it (also describes all the other shorts on that tape):

Those are VHS tapes, though.
The second link contains this comment: “I love all the shorts, buy this tape, for the fact that there will never be a DVD.”
But I would definitely bet that someone on ebay has put it on DVD by now.

Just thought of another good one - Alien From LA, starring a young Kathy Ireland doing an extremely annoying high-pitched squeaky voice for some reason. I seem to recall a rather hilarious “Blarney Stone” joke as she was climbing a ladder…
