Oh that’s right! Starbuck left Anders behind. Sniff, sniff. She went back for him later.
I need medication. What’s the name of that disease? You know, the one where you lose your memory?

I forget.
No, just those two. But I immediately thought of Adama/Boomer as XenaBot was going down the line shaking hands.
By the way, I loved the set where they held the graduation ceremony. It’s sort of a darker (and blue-er) version of the place where Adama had is “So say we all” speech in the miniseries.
I’m joining the party a little late (Apple only put the show on iTunes this morning, what the hell?), but I thought it was pretty obvious how Roslyn survives. Right before the shooting starts, as she’s staring uncomprehendingly at the toasters, Zarek starts pulling her back into the crowd.
I’m guessing everyone dies, except for Zarek and Roslyn. Note that we didn’t actually know any of the other people on the trucks, except for Callie, who obviously escaped.
Yeah, the Cylons would never find a way to counter the “slowly backing away” strategy!

Back into the crowd and play dead when the bodies start falling. It didn’t sound like the Cylons got off a large number of rounds.
If and when they off a major character, it will be on-screen. They owe us that.
I’m not sure about Zarek surviving. There were three “name” characters on the truck. Seems unlikely that all three of them would survive. Hope I’m wrong, though. It’d be interesting to see Zarek and Rosalyn working together.
I would like to point out that Apple computers were made to be networked, and IBM PCs weren’t.
Cylons like networked computers.
Absolute likes Apple.
Ergo, Absolute is a Cylon.
Someone upthread mentioned the sound of gunfire we hear might not be the Execution-urions. Could be someone coming to the rescue.
Rhymes with “rumor.”
I dunno, Moore said “we will lose people”, but it seems a little early. Killing the True Apollo would be too Oedipus like even for Ron Moore. Killing Madame President, newly saved from cancer by the V child, er, Cylon-Human child would seem a waste. Callie is running away, so that leaves who?
Zarek the terrorist finds some sort of redemption by dying heroically protecting the scum-bag former president who tried to steal an election? Couldn’t be.
Did she try to steal it, or did her minions?
She did. She admitted to Adama that she gave the order, and Adama talked her into changing her mind.
I line of models by realdoll of two particular Cylon babes would probably sell very well.
I DL’ed this ep off iTunes (FINALLY!), and am watching the opening, but i can’t help but MST3K two scenes…
first scene, Adm. Adama is pushing around the model Raptor on the sitrep table, I imagine him making motorcycle noises, when he tosses the model across the table, i imagine the sounds of squealing tires and the breaking of glass
Helo walks in
<H> Sir…
<A>WHAT!
<H> (taken aback) sorry sir…
<A>Knock before entering, KNOCK next time…did you see anything?
<H>No sir, I didn’t see you playing with your toy spaceships again…
<A>…good…
Since nobody else has commented on this, I’d like to be the first to tip my hat. Takes a strong-minded chap to re-think an early opinion. Kudos.
(I meant to say something earlier but the thread was moving pretty fast.)
Oh, and MacTech…
“Vroom! Vroom! Skreeee!”

And Adama told Baltar that there were “errors” in the counting of the ballots. Baltar didn’t order an invesigation or try to get back at Roslin though. I’m pretty sure it’s cause he feared Adama and Roslin creating a scandal by going public with the 6 thing.
