I’ve been watching Battlestar Galactica via Netflix. Through a minor snafu with my queue, it looks like I’ll be getting Season 2.0 Disc 3 before Disc 2. Will it present any problems, confuse me, spoil anything, etc., to watch those discs out of order?
Of course, please keep any such spoilers out of your answers. Thanks.
For everyone wondering, disc three contains the episodes “Flight of the Phoenix” and “Pegasus.” Disc two has “The Farm,” “Home Part 1 & 2,” and “Final Cut.”
I don’t want to spoil it for you, but I wouldn’t do it. Things get revealed in disc two that are supposed to be surprising. You wouldn’t what to figure them out while watching disc 3.
OK, that’s about what I suspected (I’m a purist for reading/watching/etc. in order, anyway). I guess that just means that I’ll have to wait a few days longer to get back to the show.
I’d better leave this thread now before my willpower gives out and I click Lakai’s spoiler.
I’m not the OP, but I hereby thank CP for telling me that. I’ve thought about getting into BSG, but that spoiler totally means I won’t.
I find the Cylons the creepiest part of the show, and could only stand it if I eventually get to see them lose. “Surprise” downer endings rarely work for me. Though it wasn’t so bad on Farscape…
