BBC's Life on Mars (Possible spoilers)

Has anyone seen this series?

It’s easily one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. The writing is intelligent, insightful, and entertaining. I just watched season 2, including the series finale, and I just have to say – “Wow.”

Word is that a follow-up series called Ashes to Ashes is in production and is due out next year.

I caught all of the first season on BBCA, except the finale. I’m not sure if that was ever aired here.

The final was mind-boggling, but I didn’t realize the series was over; he was still stuck back in time.

Yeah, it was really good.

I thought the ending was a big disappointment, and a cheat. so everything that happened inb the last 2 years was a dream. And sam prefers the dream to reality, so he kills himself. Yuk.

I’m not sure I’m even going to bother with the sequel. What’s the point, since the mystery has already been revealed.

Dude, ain’t you ever heard of a spoiler box?

I wouldn’t worry, thats not how I interpreted the final ep.

So, how did you interpret it then?

Please note: I’m not sure that the entire series has been shown in the US, but even if it has, spoiler tags are indicated when you’re revealing a major plot twist.

Please note the Forum Rules and especially Post #4 dealing with spoiler tags.

So the series has come to an end. Whoopie do. I think that’s better than the series we get from America which go on and on until they get cancelled.

Get ready for the American version on FOX!

:frowning:

When did series 2 air on BBC America? Did I miss it? I watched the 1st season faithfully, and have been waiting patiently for the next series.

Please, oh PUHLEEZ don’t tell me I missed it!
