"Bear Cub" -- Your Opinions?

I saw a couple of reviews of the movie “Bear Cub” and was intrigued. Essentially the plot appears to be that a gay man, into “bear culture,” ends up the guardian for a nine-year-old boy, comes to care about the kid and commits to being a father figure for him, and is challenged by a relative who doesn’t think a gay man can properly father a child. Here’s the website: http://www.bartleby.com/65/e-/E-MoralMajo.html and here’s one review: http://ae.dfw.com/entertainment/ui/dfw/movie.html?id=205546&reviewId=17008&startDate=NEXT7&1c

Since our discretionary income effectively isn’t, before laying down money to watch it, I’m very interested in what people on the board who have seen it might have to say, particularly with regard to realism. Anyone who’s seen it out there?

Uh, the Bartleby’s article on the Moral Majority, a cite in a post on another thread on another board, was not what I intended to post there!! :o

Unless you know something about Jerry Falwell that we don’t!
