Beautiful Women Who Marry Ordinary Men- Examples?

I went to school with her.

I think taht eventhough many famous people say that they choose their mates based on their personalities. I don’t believe that for a bit because all the personality they are looking at is the account in their banks. I mean come on would a famous person married a poor person and risk their careers for them and their reputation. I am not trying to say that everyone is like this but many people are. But, u never know maybe one of this days someone is going to suprise us.

Having met the both of you, I’d have to agree there, jjimm. No offense, you’re a lovely lad and all that.

If all goes well, I may some day be in a similar situation.

Sharon Stone married San Francisco Chronicle editor Phil Bronstein, although he gained a bit of publicity when he was bitten by a kimono dragon at the LA Zoo.

Dolly Parton has been married to some guy called Carl Dean for 35 years. He was in asphalt-paving when they got together. Apparently he still refuses backstage passes to her concerts, preferring to quietly buy a ticket and sit in the audience.

A kimono dragon, is that a lizard in a bathrobe?

I was going to say that but you beat me to it and with more info to boot.

AFAIK he hates the limelight which is why you won’t find many(any?) pictures of them together. She gets to go home at the end of the day, take off her costume and wig and just have a normal life with him.

I was beautiful once.

sniff

Let this be a warning to all you kids out there: have early nights and go easy on the beer.

Agreed! You guys are so cute!
And that is a great quality in a man, not thinking he’s God’s gift to women. Stay humble!

Heh. It’s funny, because she keeps telling me how good looking I am, and deep down I know she just loves me for my personality and is only saying it because she thinks it’s what I want to hear. At the same time, however, she flat out will not believe me when I tell her how mind-boggingly gorgeous I think she is (“no, no – I’m very plain, really…”)

I guess we are made for each other!
