The original 64 beers were chosen from a list of the best selling beers in the US. The Best Sellers category was the 16 best selling US beers, the Bargain Basement category was the next 16 best selling US brands that I had heard of, the Import and Craft/Microbrew were the 16 best sellers for each category. Bargain Basement was given that name because of the large number of cheaper beers that ended up on the list. The list I used had almost 400 beers on it, Bud Light is the number 1 selling beer on the list, Killian’s was the lowest ranked at #92. That is why it ended up in the BB category, I needed one last beer to fill out the list. None of the beers you mentioned are in the top 100 selling beers in the US.
