Since the objective is to keep the game going, “the first thing to come to mind” may not be your best play (esp. if you’re headed towards an endless loop of “fresh mint” “Minty fresh” “fresh mint” “minty fresh”… ) The game seems to snag when someone posts the first thing they think of, instead of something that they can think of at least one, but preferably more, direction out of.
