Being the last poster of a thread and then it dies

Yes it is.

I told you once.

I don’t want an ounce, I want the full pound.

A pint’s a pound the world around.

No, you haven’t.

Hey, the non sequitur thread is right over there

Werewolf? No, here wolf.

That is actually incorrect. In the US, a pint is in fact 16oz, but in UK, liquid measure is literally defined by weight: an imperial gallon is 10lbs of water at an air pressure of 30"Hg at 62ºF. Thus, an imperial pint is one and a quarter pounds.

Pint wise, pound foolish.

Try not to pound foolish. Pound instead with diligence, alacrity and the appropriate degree of haste.

Ok, a pint’s a pound and a quarter, unless it goes through a faulty transporter.

A pound of gold is 12 ounces.

A pound of feathers weighs more than a pound of gold.

You clearly were never an Apollo astronaut.

While I do bear an uncanny resemblance to Apollo.

Yeah, but who mourns for Adonais?

A pound of feathers has equal or more mass than a pound of gold but weighs the same.

Leslie Parrish, who played an Enterprise crew member, does not currently mourn for Michael Forest, who played the pseudo Greek god upon whom her character had a bit of a crush, but they are both pretty non-young.

Did you notice during the end credits of Star Trek Beyond a big green hand sailed by the viewer. What a hoot!

There wolf, there castle.
