About freakin’ TIME!
No way! I was just talking to my husband about this yesterday.
My sister just bought the first season of the A-Team, so I’ve had Stephen J. Cannell on the brain.
Oh, man. I just heard the themesong again, yesterday. Damn, I loved that show.
I’ll have to pick this up for sure… I’ll never watch it, though- I just KNOW that there’s no way it can still be as cool as I remember it from my childhood.
I’m walking on air!
Pretty cool. I have great memories of the show.
I’m a little reluctant though - what if the show doesn’t age as well as my memories?
I never thought I could feel so free-ee-eeee!
I can’t believe I still remember that song- I don’t think I’ve heard it since the days in elementary school when Mom and I obsessively watched that show every single week.
I wonder how it’s aged? I’ll definitely have to check it out on Netflix when it comes out.
Today at Wal-Mart, I noticed The Hee Haw DVD Collection, Volume One.
At this point, I am willing to believe that anything can be on DVD, now.
I wonder if they restored the character’s name as Hinkley? Remember how they tried to change it to Hunley for a while after John Hinkley shot Reagan? That was so stupid.
I think unofficially they changed it to Hanley during that time, but deliberately never said it out loud, and just called him Ralph or Mr H.
Maybe they didn’t say it, but they showed his name on a door once, and it was “Hanley”.
I can’t believe that the show will be as good as I recall it being, but hell, I’ll buy it just for the theme song!
And I’m going to be singing it for the rest of the day. I wish I could remember any words but the chorus.
Well, that press release said it will be coming out, does anyone know when?
What’s the scenario?

Flying away on a wing and a prayer!
All of my wishes are coming true.
