I’ve always been slim, but recently I’ve become interested in toning up. I’ve been running and doing push ups. The change has been dramatic and noticeable and I’m getting all streamlined and muscley. But I still have the little potbelly I’ve had since I was a kid. Actually, it’s kind of a big potbelly. The kind that starts pregnancy rumors.
I don’t want to get any skinnier. I don’t want to start looking hollow-cheeked and I don’t want anyone counting my vertebrae. And thats where I’ll be if I lose weight. But I know that you can’t spot reduce fat.
Does this mean I’m stuck with a potbelly forever?
