led zeppelin, of course…kickass vocals (see: any of thier songs), amazing guitar (see: also, any of their songs), thundering drums (see: Moby Dick) and bass (see: most anything on LedZep2, which is just an amazing bass album), awesome blues/rock sound (see: Bring it on Home) with a style completely their own…its no wonder they put out the best album of all time: Led Zeppelin II, and the best song of all time: Stairway to Heaven.
No, it’s the Einstürzende Neubauten. Only because of the umlaut - their talent is secondary, and even unnecessary in light of the great umlaut. But if you spell it with the alternate spelling - Einstuerzende Neubauten - you have to concentrate on their talent, which, I must say, deserves an umlaut.
