best food?

I’ve heard eggs are the best food, providing all you need, supposedly.
What do you think is the most nutritious food?
Personally, I think its chocolate…

Pizza. It has something from each of the traditional food groups:
[ul]
[li]bread & cereal (the crust)[/li][li]dairy (cheese)[/li][li]fruit & vegetable (tomato sauce, onions, green pepper, red pepper, olives)[/li][li]fungus (mushrooms)[/li][li]meat & protein (sausage, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham, etc.)[/li][li]grease (grease)[/li][li]disgusting stuff people only eat on pizza (anchovies)[/li][/ul]

I’ve heard milk referred to as the perfect food, but I’d be willing to bet it’s an old ad campaign.

Gonna have to go with pizza!

The best food is as little or no food as possible
(sorry, weighed myself today) wasn’t happy about it.

This belongs in General Questions, because the answer is obviously lasagna.

I’ll go with pizza too. Lauren, food is our friend. Eating is good.

Ahh!! I’m being stalked by hypergirl!!

(tries to ward off food with scale)) BACK BACK DEMONS!!!

Yeesh. I’m not stalking you. There are only so many threads on this board.

It’s called sarcasm, dear…

I think I could live on big ol’ heaping chef’s salads.

Eggs, ham, cheese, turkey, avocado, bacon, black olives, green peppers, onions, and green stuff to support it all. Topped with blue cheese dressing. Maybe some bread sticks, (with garlic), too.

Yep, I’m hungry now.

A full scale bacon cheese burger is well balanced meal if you don’t go overboard on the meats.

[li]Hamburger and bacon for protein[/li]
[li]Cheese for calcium[/li]
[li]Bun provides fiber and starch[/li]
[li]Lettuce for fiber[/li]
[li]Onion and tomato for vitamin C[/li]Pretty hard too beat. Another one would be falafel.

…well, whatever it is, it’s called “Hellman’s” east of the Rockies…
